NAGAMES ("we", "us", or "our") operates the toilet mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Automatically Collected

• Anonymous Identifier: We use Firebase Authentication to generate an anonymous user ID. No personal login (email, phone, social account) is required.
• Game Data: Rating, win/loss record, and nickname are stored on our servers to enable online multiplayer features.
• Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Information You Provide

• Nickname: You may set a display name visible to other players during online matches. This is optional and can be changed at any time.

How We Use Your Information

• To enable online multiplayer matchmaking and rating systems
• To display relevant advertisements
• To improve the App's performance and user experience

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with:

• Google (Firebase / AdMob): For authentication, data storage, and advertising services
• Apple / Google: For in-app purchase processing

Data Retention and Deletion

Uninstalling the App will delete all local data from your device. Server-side data (rating, win/loss record, nickname) is stored under an anonymous identifier that cannot be linked to any individual. Server-side data associated with accounts that have been inactive for more than one year will be automatically deleted.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App uses anonymous authentication only and does not require any personal details to play.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases to remove advertisements. Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store payment information.

Your Rights

You may:

• Change or delete your nickname at any time in the App settings
• Delete all local data by uninstalling the App
• Opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or on our website.
